Restaurant Inspections

Restaurant inspections are available online from 2005 to the present. Inspections for bars, taverns, snack bars, caterers, food processors, markets, and bakeries are also available. Search by establishment name, hotel, inspection grade, address, city, or ZIP code. Visit the Restaurant Inspection Search webpage to begin your search.

The Southern Basin Health District conducts unannounced inspections of food establishments at least once a year. Inspections are posted online approximately 5 business days following the inspection. These records provide a snapshot of the day and time of the inspection. An inspection conducted on any given day may not be representative of the overall, long-term cleanliness of an establishment.

Grading

An establishment receives an A grade for 0–10 demerits, a B for 11–20 demerits, and a C for 21–40 demerits. Establishments with an imminent health hazard are closed until the hazard is corrected.

To report a concern about a food establishment, use the Food Establishment Complaint Form.
